What is the Partner Toolkit Beta program?
The Partner Toolkit Beta is an opportunity for you to get early access to a new Mailchimp Partner Center functionality and provide feedback on your experience. The purpose of the Beta program is to gather feedback from partners on the Partner Toolkit experience. Your feedback will help us to improve the tool before it is launched to all partners.
What is the Partner Toolkit?
The Partner Toolkit is a new area within the Mailchimp & Co Partner Center experience that will centralize key program benefits to support your growth and success with Mailchimp. These benefits include Deal Registration and MDF, with more benefits planned for the future.
What is expected of me as a Beta participant?
As a Beta participant, you will be asked to complete a checklist of activities to explore the Partner Toolkit’s functionality. You will also be asked to report any issues or bugs you encounter, as well as provide general feedback on the experience. Please use this form to report any issues or bugs.
How long will my participation take?
Your participation in the Partner Toolkit Beta Program will take approximately 1-2 hours. We may also invite you to participate in a follow-up session to share your feedback in more detail.
How will my feedback be used?
Your feedback will be used to improve the Partner Toolkit experience for all partners. The beta period will help us prepare for our MVP launch in a few weeks. We will gather your insight and feedback prior to MVP launch to improve feature functionality and ensure the best possible experience for partners.
Will the data I submit during the Partner Toolkit Beta remain in the system after the Beta concludes?
No. All features and functions made available during the Beta period are for evaluation or testing purposes only. Any data submitted for Deal Registration and MDF functions will be considered as “test” data and will be deleted from the system at the end of the Beta period.
How do I get started with the Beta?
You will receive an email from no-reply@mailchimp.com with the Subject Line “Reset your Mailchimp Partner Toolkit Password”
When you click “Reset Password”, you will be taken to the “Change Your Password” screen.
Create a new password and click “Change Password”
You will be directed to the Mailchimp Partner Toolkit landing page.
Once you have reset your password, you can access the Mailchimp Partner Toolkit Portal by using the access link here.
The password reset link sent to me expired. How do I request a new one?
On the login screen for the Mailchimp Partner Toolkit, click the “Forgot Password” link. Enter your username (email you use to log in to the Partner Toolkit) and select “Reset Password”. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
