In the upper right corner, click the button that reads "Register a Deal." Fill out the form to register your Mailchimp customer lead.
What happens after I register a lead? After registering a lead, you will see the lead populate in the Deal Registration Lead Dashboard. Click on the lead to make updates to the information submitted. Please note, not all fields are editable after initial lead submission.
Why was the lead I registered auto-rejected? A lead will be automatically rejected if the lead submitted is a duplicate.
What is the difference between a lead and an opportunity? A lead is a potential customer who has shown initial interest but has not been qualified. An opportunity is qualified, has a defined sales path, and a high likelihood of closing.
