This platform consolidates essential tools and resources, streamlining your sales processes, providing access to valuable marketing materials, and ultimately fueling your business growth with Mailchimp.

    How to Get Started

    For logging in the first time, please follow the steps below:

    • Step 1: Log in to Mailchimp using your standard Mailchimp credentials

    • Step 2: Navigate to Profile > Settings > Users

    • Step 3: Click on the “Access Partner Toolkit” button next to your name.

      • You will see a notification indicating for you to check your email upon successful account creation. (Note: email will be sent by no-reply@mailchimp.com)
    • Step 4: You will receive an email prompting you to “Reset Password.”

    • Step 5: A new window will open, where you will be taken to the “Change Your Password” screen.

    • Step 6: Input new password and confirm new password accordingly. Upon completion, click “Change Password”

    • Step 7: Upon successful password update, you will be redirected to the Mailchimp Partner Toolkit homepage

    For subsequent logins, you will find “MC Partner Toolkit” listed in the left navigation bar of your Mailchimp & Co Dashboard that will take you to the login screen for Partner Toolkit.

    If you do not see “MC Partner Toolkit” listed in the left navigation bar of your dashboard, after completing the above steps, refresh the page and it will appear.

    Additionally, you can reach the Partner Toolkit directly at partnerportal.mailchimp.com.

    Adding Agency Users

    The following steps will provide instructions for adding agency users to the Mailchimp Partner Toolkit:

    • Step 1: Log in to Mailchimp with your standard Mailchimp credentials.
    • Step 2: Navigate to Profile > Settings > Users.
    • Step 3: Click on the "Add Toolkit Access" button next to the designated user's name you want to give access. An email will be sent to that user requesting a password reset.
